Home sessions

Are based from your home, this type of training is perfect for someone who has a tight schedule.


Outdoor Sessions

These sessions are fun, varied, and action packed, due to the wide range of outdoor equipment available these sessions are a firm favourite for some all year round, these sessions can be carried out on any
outdoor area.


Boxercise


Boxercise has developed and adapted age old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, no contact, stress busting work out to music, sutiable for all ages and levels of ability. It can be done on a one to one or group exercise basis with our ABAE certified coach with over 17 years competition experience.


Box tech

This is for those of you who would like to take their boxing skill and technical ability to a all new level, on either a one to one or group session with our ABAE certified coach with over 17 years competition experience.


Kettle bell

Kettle bells are a tried and tested training method that has stood the test of time. They are terrific for fat loss, improving strength, stamina and lean muscle mass, also power. It is great for beginners to advanced level, one to one or group training.


Medicine ball training

Another great training tool that has stood the test of time, and can be traced to the ancient Greeks as far back as 30-200AD, but is still at the fore front of all modern day strength conditioning, injury rehab and general fitness training programs. They are highly effective, practical, fun, functional and explosive exercises.


Weight Loss Training

These programmes are tailored to each client’s specific needs, and if able will incorporate all off the above training resources alongside additional nutritional guidance.
